I need temporary housing this summer, which can be extended if both you and I decide to extend. I'm looking for a furnished studio or one-bedroom condo. More than one bedroom or a house will be fine as well.





This would be a perfect arrangement for someone who owns a place, but is leaving for a couple months this summer. By letting me rent your place, you can cover your mortgage payments (or a large portion of them) for a few months.





I will be very careful with your property. So, please don't worry about any damage. I don't smoke, drink, or have pets.





The reason I need a place is that I have a temporary contract in Greensboro, which will last a few months. I would like to start the lease on June 15th and go month-to-month. Give me a notice a few weeks ahead, and I will move out and even clean the place before I leave. I will be paying monthly rent one month ahead.





If you need references, and you know how to get them from apartment complexes, I can provide you with my previous address where I lived for 6 years. You can also pull my credit report, if you are set up for it.





Please let me know as soon as possible because I need a place by June 15th.
