We are currently seeking, for our Greensboro office, an associate with 4-8 years of intensive corporate transactional experience. This associate will primarily work on fund formation and post-formation M&A and finance transactions. Requirements include: intensive transactional experience at top-tier firm, outstanding academic credentials, strong work ethic, good interpersonal and client communications skills and team player attitude.
