Case managers will be responsible for:

* contacting an assigned group of fitness camp participants to document exercise & fruit and vegetable intake.

* maintaining accurate fitness camp attendance records

* assisting fitness camp administrator in maintaining guidance throughout each activity



Required qualifications of desired candidates:

1. Valid drivers license

2. Pass background check

3. Unlimited access to phone & internet

4. Must like children & fun



Specific time requirements of case managers:

1. up to 3hrs Monday evenings for mandatory weekly staff mtg

2. 10 - 15 hrs per week contacting fitness camp participants via phone, e-mail & in person

3. Must be available for fitness camp sessions twice per week. Fitness camps are held either on Tuesday evenings, Thursday evenings or Saturday mornings.

(Some Saturday mornings are required, typical fitness camp lasts around 3 hrs)



Preferred qualifications of desired candidates:

1. Previous customer service experience

2. Positive experience working with children in a recreational setting

3. Basic to moderate skill level in MS Excel
