Job Summary:
She/He is responsible for a variety of Sales & Marketing activities, and completes various lead generation projects as assigned during the training period. Success is required in all training activities and skill development for transition to assignment of Territory Manager or Product Management.
DEVELOPMENT PLAN:
Phase I: Entry Level Sales and Marketing
Phase II: Campaign/ Territory Management
Phase III: Team Development / Sales Training
Phase IV: Mock Territory/Simulation
(with Sales Specialist as tutor)
Phase V: Branch / Location Management
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Completing special projects as assigned.
2. Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Education: Four-year college degree preferably in business or communications or relevant equivalent work experience; graduation date 0-12 months prior.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
4. Must have team leadership skills.
5. Ability to prioritize job responsibilities.
6. Candidate must be willing travel and gain sales experience for up to 6 months prior to assignment in Marketing Management.
7. Willingness to teach new team members during training.
8. Flexibility for rotation assignment in Sales and/or Marketing.
9. Must be open to relocation upon placement in permanent assignment.
