Medical Assistant

Busy Dermatology clinic seeking a medical assistant. Assist physician with evaluations, exam and procedures. Organized record keeping from charting patient exam accurately with history, exam and treatment plan daily, communicating pathology results, follow up with patient and/or pharmacy as necessary. Maintain equipment and instruments to ensure cleanliness and good working order. Stock exam rooms with supplies and samples. Set up for procedures in the exam room. Understand wound care, ulcer care and Unna Boot applications. Assist physician in a sterile environment. Our office will train any trainable candidates in the above procedures as well as dermatology terminology.
