does anyone know of any inexpensive (around $400 or less) apartments in neighborhoods that aren't dangerous to live in alone? everytime i find something in my price range, the ratings & reviews for the apartments are less than appealing.



ps - i haven't lived here very long, which neighborhoods are ones to watch out for anyway?
