As North America's leading in-home decorating provider, Custom Decorators contracts with experienced In-Home Consultants (most are interior designers, decorators or sales professionals) who service the referrals being generated through our retailer partnerships, including Costco and Macy’s. Our generally part time Consultants receive pre-qualified referrals, set their own appointments and sell the full line of Hunter Douglas window fashions, drapery, carpet and more during in-home consultations. Custom Decorators provides the after sale and installation services, leaving our Consultants to concentrate primarily on decorating and selling! Our independent Consultants find the flexible hours, steady flow of referrals and operating in partnership with large companies a great way to supplement their income while keeping their own design/decorating business if they choose to.

HOW OUR SERVICE WORKS
• Customer calls toll-free or visits retailer’s website to schedule an in-home appointment.
• Scheduler pre-qualifies customer and forwards referral to Consultant.
• Consultant calls customer and schedules convenient appointment time.
• Consultant brings product samples to the home and helps design a personalized solution.
• Consultant takes measurements, prepares the price quote and submits the order for processing.
• We take it from there, providing after sale services, customer support and professional installation.
