Small law firm downtown Winston-Salem is seeking an experienced immigration attorney to join its staff.



Duties:

Handle various types of complex immigration cases, including family visa applications and waivers, naturalization, and removal defenses.



Qualifications:

Admission to any state bar or N.C. state bar

Experience in immigration law

Excellent legal research, writing, and public speaking skills

Dedicated to providing high quality legal assistance and capable of handling complex legal issues
