Need House with Fence Yard, Pet Friendly

My fiance and I are looking for a 2 to 3 bedroom house in a safe neighborhood, with a fenced yard for our dog. We also have an inside cat. We each have good credit and several years of great rental history. We are full-time students with student loans, as well as some additional investments that provide a back-up source of funding. In other words, we can pay the rent! We are quiet and responsible "adult" students (24) and we keep a clean house. Please email me if you have a house for us!
