Granny needs home

I am in Bradenton, Florida and wanting to move back to Greensboro and my roots. My parents are needing me to be closer. I am disabled so I definitely need downstairs. The smaller the better. Have already had large home and really downsized before moving to Florida. Prefer the Northeast area as my parents live out N. Church Street.
