I am looking for a building to start my business

Well, I am in the begining stages of starting a buisness that will house at least five children raging from ages 10-15 and then possibly more houses in the future. I am in search of a spacioous house or bulding that has all the plumbing, kitchen ready to go and is kid friendly. This house or buliding will be used as a school and a home to at risk youth who need assistance with turning around their lives, if anyone knows anything please let me know. Thank you.
