Need for 6 months to 2 years (Shared accomodation also Ok)

Am looking for a furnished one bedroom and one bath apartment with following amnesties:
1] Electricity
2] Water
3] AC/Heater
4] Fridge
5] Microwave Oven (Optional)
6] Washer and Dryer (Optional)

Need the apartment from 4th of November 2008.

I wont mind living with a roommate as long as we can get along.

About me: Am 27 year old single male (Indian) and like clean, peaceful and decent environment to live in.
