"Like a River"

Through the map of the 5Rhythms we are guided through our bodies to discover we are deeply and divinely supported in our lives.
"Like a River" begins our exploration with the foundation of the 5Rhythms, the rhythm of Flow.

Over the weekend we will find more fluent expression in the world. We will draw from the deep pool within, and allow for our fluid nature in the midst of chaos. We can drink deeply the essence of true surrender and open to the state of emptiness, swirling this practice right off the dance floor and into our lives. From this divine state of being we experience a potent grace. A gift that comes from aligning our flowing nature with the greater flow of life.
The 5Rhythms move us deeply and profoundly, bringing us home to ourselves. This work is physical, tangible and powerful. This dance is art that heals us, wakes us up, and shines our true selves into the world. We may feel the grace and beauty of our deepest source, just like a river. All that is needed is your body and a willingness to put it into motion.
