The Grand 18 is the best thing that has ever happened to Winston-Salem. The prices for some things are a little high but the way that things are run are perfect. The sound in the theatres are excellent. it's like being in the movie itself. It's very clean. No popcorn or candy stuck to the floor. The service is very good. It's the best movie theatre in Winston-Salem. In Forsyth county and possibly the best in the state of North Carolina. I would reccommend this theatre to anybody i talk to.

the theater itself is awesome, its the people that go there that are the problem. The first time I was there there was a shooting and the cops had to come. I would much rather go to the palladium in High Point which is just as nice if not nicer and has more things to do around it without worrying about getting shot
